The SEC has agreed to delay Do Kwon’s trial until April to allow for his extradition to the U.S. He is currently in custody in Montenegro and faces criminal charges in both the U.S. and South Korea. Kwon also won’t oppose the court separating his case from Terraform Labs, which Judge Jed Rakoff has also sided with the SEC against.
