Silynxcom Ltd. has announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 1,250,000 ordinary shares at a price of $4.00 per share, totaling $5,000,000 before underwriting discounts and expenses. The company is offering 45-day option to buy additional 187,500 shares to cover over-allotments. Silynxcom intends to use the proceeds for marketing, development, and general corporate purposes. Trading under the symbol “SYNX” will begin on the NYSE American on January 12, 2024. The offering is expected to close on January 17, 2024. ThinkEquity is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering. This offering is being made through a prospectus filed with the SEC.
