Starstruck: 3D Artist Brellias Brings Curiosity to Light

From NVIDIA:

Brellias, a 3D artist featured in the NVIDIA Studio series, showcases his latest artwork “Estrellitas,” depicting a young girl holding little stars with a conflicted expression. He used Blender, OptiX GPU-accelerated viewport denoising, and Daz Studio to create the artwork, which was partially inspired by his curiosity in exploring NVIDIA and GeForce RTX GPU technologies.

Brellias utilized Blender and OptiX ray tracing in Blender’s Cycles for fast final-frame renders of the magical floating hair of the character in his artwork. He also used Blackmagic Design’s DaVinci Resolve, where the RTX GPU accelerated the color grading, video editing, and color scoping processes for a smooth-looking animation.

His creative curiosity extends to productivity, as he recently installed the NVIDIA Broadcast app to enhance his microphone’s performance, canceling external noise and echo. Users can download the Broadcast beta and explore the Studio suite of apps, all free for RTX GPU owners, to unleash their creativity.
