Suedzucker reported a significant improvement in operating results for the first nine months of fiscal 2023/24, with a rise from 536 million euros to 860 million euros. EBITDA also climbed significantly to 1.12 billion euros from 805 million euros. Group revenues increased by around 10 percent to 7.78 billion euros, with growth in some segments and decline in others.

Despite the mixed performance, Suedzucker expects consolidated revenues for fiscal 2023/24 to be between 10.0 billion euros and 10.5 billion euros. EBITDA is projected to be in the range of 1.3 billion euros to 1.4 billion euros, and the consolidated operating result is expected to remain unchanged at 900 million euros to 1.0 billion euros.
