Analysts believe Trump has a 70-30 chance of prevailing, given the conservative majority. The potential decision comes as the presidential primary season begins, with Trump leading GOP polls nationally and in early states. He is expected to appeal the Colorado and Maine rulings to the U.S. Supreme Court and Maine’s Superior Court, marking the first time the court could rule on Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
