From Nasdaq:

Tech stocks were on the rise Tuesday, with XLK up 0.2% and XSD climbing 0.7%. The Philadelphia Semiconductor index also gained 0.5%.
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is in talks for a $13 billion deal to acquire Juniper Networks. Juniper shares rose 22% while Hewlett Packard Enterprise dropped about 8%.

Unity Software fell 7.8% after announcing plans for a 25% cut in its workforce. Microsoft’s investment in OpenAI is under review by the European Commission for potential EU merger regulations. Microsoft’s stock was marginally lower.
