Tech stocks saw mixed results in late Friday trading, with XLK rising 0.2% and XSD falling 0.9%. The Philadelphia Semiconductor index fell 0.4%. EchoStar’s Dish Network creditors are considering legal action after assets were moved out of reach, causing EchoStar shares to fall 0.3%.

Wipro shares surged 17% after beating fiscal Q3 earnings and revenue estimates. Microstrategy slumped 9.3% after a regulatory filing showed the Executive Chairman sold company shares. DocuSign rose 4.1% as Bain Capital and Hellman & Friedman compete to acquire the company.
