Tech stocks, including XLK and XSD, declined on Wednesday. Vuzix shares fell 9.3% after announcing a cost-cutting program to reduce annual operating costs by 25%.

Google is making changes to comply with the EU’s Digital Markets Act. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg is required to partake in a deposition for a Texas lawsuit related to facial-recognition technology. Shares for both companies dropped.
