ThreeD Capital Inc. has entered into an agreement to receive investor relations services from PHK Investments LLC. The company will be paying a monthly fee of £6,875 and £500 in monthly ad spend, along with issuing 100,000 stock options exercisable into common shares of ThreeD at an exercise price of $0.50 per share. The services are set to commence as of January 3, 2024 and will continue for a three-month term.
