ThreeD Capital Inc. has acquired 1,000,000 common shares of infinitii ai inc. following a private placement and issuance of convertible debentures. The total owned by ThreeD and the Joint Actor has increased by 4.5% to 21.4% on a partially diluted basis. Prior to the acquisition, ThreeD and the Joint Actor owned 17,659,000 common shares, 1,000,000 stock options, and convertible debentures. The total following the acquisition is 18,659,000 common shares, 1,000,000 common share purchase warrants, 1,000,000 stock options, and convertible debentures. The holdings of securities are managed for investment purposes. The Subject Units were acquired pursuant to a $50,000 debt settlement agreement while the Subject Debentures were acquired for $200,000.
