US investigators recover key part from Alaska Airlines 737 MAX jet By Reuters

The FAA has ordered the grounding of 171 Boeing MAX 9 jets after an Alaska Airlines flight made an emergency landing when its plug door tore off. The missing door has been recovered from a suburban home. Pilots heard a loud bang, and the force from the door loss was strong enough to blow open the cockpit door. The FAA will ground affected planes until they are deemed safe, and both United and Alaska Airlines have canceled flights.
