From Nasdaq:

The Nasdaq surged by over 1% on Monday due to a fall in Treasury yields; Amazon.com, Alphabet and Apple gained approximately 2%. Nvidia and Advanced Micro Devices also had surges of more than 5%. Boeing slumped by 6.8% on Monday. Money markets now see a 69.5% chance of at least a 25-bps rate cut as early as March.
