On the other hand, Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is known for its blockbuster drugs, Dupixent and Eylea, with total global sales of $12 billion and $5.7 billion respectively. Dupixent, in particular, could see its sales soar to more than $20 billion annually by the end of the decade if approved for new indications, such as COPD.
