Amazon and BMW have won a lawsuit in Spain against four sellers of counterfeit BMW merchandise. The counterfeit products included tyre valve caps, badges, and key rings with BMW’s logo. The lawsuit took place in the Spanish Community Trade Mark Court, located in Alicante, and was based on EU regulations. Amazon did not disclose any penalties given to the counterfeiters.
