BioXcel Therapeutics Inc. has started a public offering of $60.0 million of its common stock. The stock closed at $3.75 in regular trading and dropped to $2.16 in after-hours trading. The company also plans to grant underwriters the option to purchase up to $9.0 million of additional shares. The proceeds will be used for clinical trials, commercialization, and general corporate purposes.
