Bowlero Corp. (BOWL) reported a $63.5 million net loss for the second quarter, compared to a $1.4 million income last year. Adjusted EBITDA increased to $103.1 million from $97.0 million. Quarterly revenue rose 11.8% to $305.7 million, with same store revenue up 0.2%. The company expects third quarter revenue of $335 million to $350 million, and adjusted EBITDA of $128 million to $143 million. The company has also announced a quarterly dividend program with an initial dividend of $0.055 per share of common stock, payable on March 8, 2024.
