Compass Diversified has completed a private placement of 3.6 million shares to Allspring Global Investments for $21.18 per share, resulting in a total sale price of $75.2 million. This investment will help Compass Diversified grow and access potential acquisition opportunities in 2024. The sale of shares was made pursuant to a Subscription Agreement, dated December 15, 2023.
