Crescent Capital BDC, Inc. reported net investment income of $2.30 per share and net income of $2.33 per share for the year ended December 31, 2023. The Board of Directors declared a first quarter 2024 regular cash dividend of $0.41 per share and a fourth quarter 2023 supplemental cash dividend of $0.10 per share. The Company invested $200.7 million across 15 new portfolio companies, 18 existing portfolio companies, and had $231.2 million in aggregate exits, sales, and repayments. The Company will host a webcast/conference call on February 22, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) to discuss its financial results.
