Disney asks judge in DeSantis case to keep trade secrets confidential

Disney clashed with Gov. Ron DeSantis’ appointees in a fight over the governing district at Walt Disney World. The company sought a protective order to keep documents confidential in the litigation. Disney sued the DeSantis appointees after they opposed the company’s resistance to Florida’s “Don’t Say Gay” law. Attempts to dismiss Disney’s lawsuit have been unsuccessful.
