Equinor ASA has released details about transactions made under the first tranche of their 2024 share buy-back program. The buy-back program was announced on February 7, 2024, with a duration from February 8 to no later than April 5, 2024. During this period, Equinor ASA purchased a total of 2,460,000 own shares at an average price of NOK 270.6686 per share. This brings Equinor ASA’s total owned shares to 64,249,407, equivalent to 2.14% of their share capital.
