The European Union plans to fine Apple around 500 million euros for alleged breaches of EU competition law, reports the Financial Times. The fine is expected to be announced early next month. Last year, the European Commission accused Apple of distorting competition in the music streaming market. Both the European Commission and Apple have declined to comment on the report.
