First images from Intuitive Machines’ Odysseus

From CNBC:

Intuitive Machines CEO Steve Altemus revealed during a NASA press conference the IM-1 lander tipped over on the moon’s surface. The company’s cargo lander, Odysseus, returned images from the moon. Despite tipping over, it continues to send data back. The stock fell 30% after the incident.

The IM-1 mission landed on the moon, making history as the first privately developed spacecraft to softly land. Odysseus carried 12 payloads, including “EagleCam” to capture moon landing images. Although the spacecraft tipped over, NASA considers the mission successful. Solar panel exposure is set to end on Tuesday morning.
