Hanna Capital Corp. will be transferred to the NEX Board of the TSX Venture Exchange due to not meeting Tier 2 continued listing requirements. This change will take effect on February 5, 2024, with the trading symbol changing from HCC to HCC.H. There will be no change to the company’s name or CUSIP number, and no consolidation of capital. The NEX Board provides a trading forum for companies that have fallen below the TSXV’s ongoing listing standards.
