Elon Musk’s brain-chip implant company Neuralink has changed its location of incorporation from Delaware to Nevada, according to Bloomberg News. This comes after Musk announced that Tesla would be holding a shareholder vote to transfer its state of incorporation to Texas from Delaware.

The Nevada secretary of state’s office and Neuralink have not responded to requests for comment from Reuters. The reason for the change in location has not been disclosed yet.
