ScanSource, Inc. reported a rise in net earnings for the second quarter to $32.73 million, or $1.29 per share, compared to $25.73 million, or $1.01 per share, in the previous year. Adjusted earnings were $0.85 per share, lower than the $1.06 per share in the year-ago quarter. Sales declined 12.5 percent to $884.79 million, with a projected net sales for fiscal 2024 at least $3.5 billion, down from $3.8 billion. Street expects sales of $3.74 billion for the year.
