The S&P/TSX Composite Index is on the rise, up 157.54 points or 0.74% this week to 21413.15. It has seen a two-week increase of 403.55 points or 1.92%, the largest in a long time. Today, it is up 95.07 points or 0.45%, marking the largest two-day gain since February 16, 2024. The index is currently at a new 52-week high, up 14.28% from its low point.
