Thor Equities Group has achieved construction milestones at two of its industrial assets in Northern New Jersey, 14-22 River Road in Bogota, and 153 Linden Street in Passaic. At 14-22 River Road, a 200,000 square foot industrial building is in the final stages of completion with numerous tenant-friendly features and attractive location near Route 80. In Passaic, there are plans to upgrade 153 Linden Street with better amenities. The company has plans to continue construction at these locations as well as expand its footprint in the Northeast and other key markets, including Mexico.
