Warner Bros. Discovery ceased talks on potentially acquiring Paramount Global after months of consideration. Skydance Media is still evaluating a deal. Comcast is exploring a commercial partnership with Paramount Global but is not interested in acquiring assets. Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav had discussions with Paramount Global’s CEO Bob Bakish. Both companies have seen a drop in stock prices recently.
