Today, Accenture’s (ACN) stock price took a 6% dip as the company scaled down its revenue growth predictions for Fiscal Year 2024. In Q2, Accenture posted higher-than-expected earnings per share at $2.77, surpassing analyst predictions of $2.66. However, its revenue for the quarter fell slightly short at $15.8 billion, against the projected $15.84 billion.

Looking ahead to Q3, Accenture’s projected revenues stand in the band of $16.25 billion to $16.85 billion.

Notably, for Fiscal Year 2024, Accenture has trimmed its revenue growth forecast to a range of 1%-3% in local currency, a noticeable shift from the earlier projection of 2%-5%.
