Proxy advisory firm ISS recommended that Walt Disney shareholders elect Nelson Peltz, an activist investor, to the board in his fight against CEO Bob Iger. Peltz and his firm want to overhaul Disney’s TV channels, claiming they are a drain on shareholder value. ISS also endorsed Peltz but not former CFO Jay Rasulo. Another advisory firm, Glass Lewis, endorsed Disney’s board nominees in a crucial battle for shareholder support.
