Apple is in talks with Google to bring generative AI tech to iPhone and is considering OpenAI’s ChatGPT. CEO Tim Cook confirmed AI focus and plans to release features later this year. Potential deal would give Google AI access to over 2 billion iPhones, highlighting Apple’s AI tech lag behind competitors. Announcement not expected until WWDC in June.
