CVS and Walgreens will start selling mifepristone, the abortion pill, in certain states this month. The FDA gave them certification to dispense the pill. CVS will begin in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Walgreens in New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, California, and Illinois. The FDA’s decision could expand abortion access in the U.S.
