The launch of two innovative products, including trench Schottky rectifiers and an automotive-compliant LED driver, is set to enhance DIOD’s market presence and performance.

The trench Schottky rectifiers from DIOD offer unmatched performance and compact design, making them ideal for power management solutions in portable devices. With high current densities, low forward voltage drop, and thermal resistance, these rectifiers provide efficiency and versatility for various applications, including blocking and reverse-polarity protection.

The AL1783Q linear LED driver from DIOD is tailored for automotive lighting systems, offering independent control for brightness and color across three channels. Its compatibility with electric and internal combustion vehicles, higher LED chain voltage support, and fault detection features make it a preferred solution in the automotive market due to its dynamic lighting effects and safety features.

Diodes Incorporated has reported a strong performance in the automotive market, with 18% of product revenues in the fourth quarter of 2023 coming from automotive products. Despite challenges in the industrial market, DIOD’s focus on automotive compliance products and demand for sensor data management and control systems continue to drive growth opportunities.

For the first quarter of 2024, Diodes expects revenues of $305 million, reflecting a 34.79% year-over-year decline.
