Discovery Silver Corp. provided financial results for Q4 2023 and 2023, highlighting progress on the Cordero silver project in Mexico. The Feasibility Study revealed Cordero as the world’s largest undeveloped silver project with attractive returns, AISC under US$12.50, and a 19-year mine life with 37 Moz AgEq in Year 1-12. The project is set to create jobs and generate tax revenue in Mexico. Positive results from the metallurgical test program in October 2023 showed improved silver recovery and lower reagent consumption. The Feasibility Study confirms Cordero’s position as a world-leading silver project with large-scale, long-life production, low unit costs, and attractive economics. Revenue is expected to flow back to Canada with a cash balance of $52 million.
