Former Google software engineer, Linwei Ding, indicted in California for stealing trade secrets related to artificial intelligence. Charged with four counts of theft of trade secrets. Information stolen includes details on hardware infrastructure and software platform for training large AI models. Google and U.S. Attorney in San Francisco have not commented.
