Hudson Global Reports 2023 Fourth Quarter and Full-Year

Hudson Global, Inc. (Nasdaq: HSON) reported financial results for Q4 and full year 2023. Q4 revenue was $34.0 million, down 22.1% from 2022. Net income was $0.7 million. Year-end revenue was $161.3 million, a 19.7% decrease from 2022. CEO Jeff Eberwein expressed optimism for 2024 due to cost reductions and new business wins.
Americas region saw a 39% decrease in 2023 revenue. Asia Pacific revenue decreased 9% in 2023. Europe revenue dropped 15% in 2023. Corporate costs remained stable in the fourth quarter.
Hudson RPO made strategic shifts in Q4 2023, hiring new Global CEO Jake Zabkowicz. The company has a robust NOL Carryforward of $301 million.
