2. Elon Musk filed a lawsuit against OpenAI, accusing the company of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and unfair business practices. Musk claimed that OpenAI has become a closed-source subsidiary of Microsoft, developing AGI for profit rather than the benefit of humanity.
