Riyadh Air aims to enhance guest interactions by leveraging IBM’s expertise in AI, marketing, and customer engagement. Through IBM Garage’s collaborative approach, the airline plans to create culturally enriching guest experiences on the ground and in the air. IBM consultants will utilize tools like IBM Watson and Adobe Experience Cloud to improve digital guest experiences and streamline customer interactions. Additionally, IBM will develop apps to optimize airline operations and empower employees.
