The tool, which generates realistic videos from user prompts, has raised potential misuse concerns. OpenAI must provide clarifications on data collection, training methods, and EU data protection compliance within 20 days. This investigation follows Italy’s previous action against OpenAI, blocking ChatGPT in 2023.
