Job recruiters and HR professionals in the US are turning to using artificial intelligence tools to streamline their workload. Some businesses are incorporating generative AI products to assist in screening and ranking job candidates. However, a Bloomberg analysis reveals that the popular generative AI tool, OpenAI’s GPT, can produce biases that unfairly impact candidates based on their names.
