ECB members mentioned potential rate cuts. In the US, Cintas, Merck, and Marvell Technologies surged, while Arista Networks and Netflix slipped. Cybersecurity stocks dropped, and FedEx was downgraded. Earnings reports by MSC Industrial Direct Inc and Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc are expected on 3/28/2024.
