Art Share 002 S.A. has successfully completed the initial offering on Francis Bacon’s iconic artwork ‘Three Studies for Portrait of George Dyer, 1963’. The offering consisted of 550,000 Class B Shares, with 75% subscribed. The price per Class B Share was set at EUR 92.20, with trading on the ARTEX MTF set to commence on Friday 8 March 2024 under symbol BAC1EU. The Company will have a market capitalization of approximately EUR 50.7 million upon admission. ARTEX MTF co-founder H.S.H.
