European Central Bank President Christine Lagarde is set to hold a press conference today after policymakers decided to keep interest rates unchanged and lowered their growth forecast. The new projection shows economic growth at 0.6% in 2024, down from the previous estimate of 0.8%, with inflation expected at 2.3%.
