The DTCC has listed the Franklin Templeton Ethereum spot ETF, but this does not guarantee approval from the SEC for a spot Ether ETF based on the S-1 filing.

The listing of the Franklin Templeton Ethereum spot ETF by the DTCC does not automatically mean that the SEC will approve the S-1 filing for a spot Ether ETF.

DTCC listing the Franklin Templeton Ethereum spot ETF does not guarantee the SEC’s approval of the S-1 filing for a spot Ether ETF. Approval from the SEC is still pending despite the DTCC listing.
