U.S. stocks finished trading higher, with the Nasdaq Composite soaring over 250 points on Thursday. The Dow rose 0.18% to 38,532.50, the NASDAQ jumped 1.63% to 16,433.83, and the S&P 500 gained 0.83% to 5,203.26. Crude oil, however, was down by 1%.
