OpenAI’s ChatGPT AI chatbot receives major upgrade for premium users, offering improved writing, math, logical reasoning, coding, and more conversational responses. The new GPT-4 Turbo model, trained on data up to December 2023, promises enhanced user experience compared to previous versions.

Despite recent controversies, including Microsoft pitching OpenAI’s DALL-E AI model for military use and the firing of two researchers for alleged information leaks, OpenAI launches new models in their API. GPT-4 Turbo with Vision now includes image understanding capabilities alongside text-based functions, expanding AI capabilities.
