Embraer’s CEO Francisco Gomes Neto stated that supply chain issues have been improving for planemakers, but challenges remain. The company plans to invest 2 billion reais and hire over 900 people this year. Embraer aims to increase efficiency, invest in the flying car project, and expand service and defense segments. Plane deliveries are expected to rise in 2024.
