Salesforce is in advanced discussions to acquire data-management software provider Informatica, potentially below its current stock price of $38.48. Informatica, based in Redwood City, California, has a market capitalization of $11.35 billion. Salesforce has historically shown interest in deals, including leading a $106 million funding round for Together AI and acquiring Slack Technologies in a $27.7 billion deal in 2020.
