Studio City Finance Limited has initiated a cash tender offer for up to $100 million of its 6.000% senior notes due 2025. The Tender Offer, subject to terms and conditions, expires on May 6, 2024. Notes may be withdrawn by April 19, 2024. Early tender premium of $1,000 per $1,000 principal amount of Notes validly tendered. Settlement dates for Notes are April 24, 2024, and May 8, 2024.
