ChatGPT is experiencing service issues for the second time in two days, affecting free and paid users unable to start new chats or access previous conversations on both web and mobile platforms.

OpenAI acknowledged the errors on its service status page, investigating the elevated level of errors that have plagued ChatGPT this week. The company previously suffered a major outage on Tuesday.

In addition to service disruptions, OpenAI faces accusations of using Scarlett Johansson’s voice without permission for its new voice model, GPT-40. Johansson claims she was asked to voice the service but declined, raising concerns over the similarity of the released voice model to hers.
